Joel Breton

President of Electronic Payments Northeast, a local merchant service provider with over 17 years of experience in the electronic payments business. He received his MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, as well as a Bachelors of Business Administration and a minor in Finance. Joel has worked directly with businesses of various sizes to customize their processing needs as it fits their business. Joel has established relationships to become the preferred vendor of Paul Mitchell Northern New England, NH Farm Bureau and the Mount Snow Region Chamber of Commerce. Former President of the Hooksett Chamber of Commerce. Joel currently resides in Hooksett with his wife, daughter and beloved dog.

Prior to joining EPINE as President, Joel worked with Citizens Bank in various job rolls and functions. Joel was cross trained in all banking products from personal products (checking accounts, personal and home equity loans) to business products (wire transfers, business lines of credit and business checking accounts). The experience he learned in the banking industry helped pave the path to electronic payments industry.


Jacques Breton

An Electronic Payment Services veteran since January 1970, Jacques Breton has worked in practically every facet of the electronic payment industry.

Since entering the credit card industry in January 1970, Jacques has held and performed many different positions. From 1977 to 1993, he managed an acquiring portfolio which included the development of specialized software for ACH, electronic draft capture and unbundled merchant price. From 1993 to the present, his efforts have been devoted to promoting and selling various products, services and consulting to acquirers, financial organizations, sales organizations, independent contractors and trade associations.

Through the years, he has worked for financial organizations, processors, sales organizations and manufacturers of credit card products, as well as providing independent consulting in the electronic payment industry. Now Jacques has returned to his roots selling electronic payment services to local businesses and offering free analysis of their current provider.


Keith Galvin

Keith has been a Sales Consultant with EPINE since December 2018, having previously worked with Heartland Payment Systems since 1999. He spent close to 20 years working in many different positions within their organization, including Relationship Manager, Territory Manager, and Division Manager, learning every aspect of the payment processing industry. He was also instrumental on the team that developed their Internal CRM, known as Atlas. Keith worked with the IT Development team on testing, integration and National Support. He was also on the National Sales Mentor Training team.

In his roles within the Sales Organization, Keith worked with several Agent Banks helping them to grow their footprint with depository accounts and support their Merchant Services relationships for their Commercial Clients.

Keith lives in Franklin, NH with his wife Tami.
